Matchawan Josei was handcrafted on a grey clay potter's wheel with a delicate addition of chamotte and glaze made according to centuries-old Japanese tradition.
It was created in a limited series of KOOE for MOYA made by the Krakow-based ceramics studio KOOE, whose products are characterized not only by beautiful forms, but also by exceptional durability due to firing at high temperatures. Each matchawan in this series is a unique handicraft, so its appearance and size may differ slightly from the one in the photo.
